Rigamonti Adv Design always undertakes careful research to assess the varying needs of potential clients.

The following list sums up the basic steps we follow in order to achieve the most successful results: understanding the client’s needs; examining the consumer bracket involved (identifying the target customers); analyzing the competition; analyzing the actual and potential market.

It is particularly important to carry out a detailed market analysis in order to understand the economic and social situation as a whole and those aspects which relate most closely to the client’s activity.

Specifically, the term macro-environment relates to all those elements over which the client has no direct control, such as the dominant political, social, economic and cultural climate. The term micro-environment, on the other hand, relates to the specific sector of activity and includes all those variables which influence the choices of the business, and which are, in their turn, influenced by the business itself.
